Ground Travel
Coordination: Together, we’ll arrange and confirm a travel date to ensure our puppies are ready for the exciting day they get to meet their new family.
Puppy Pickup: You can pick up the puppy at our home, or we can arrange to meet halfway with you (depending on the distance) so picking up your puppy will be made easier. We love the opportunity to hang out with your dog for the day and make some road-trip memories (and potty stops) together!
Joyful Reunion: The best part! It’s always a pleasure to hand-deliver the new love of your life from our arms to yours!
Rates: For pickup, you will need to make a 100% Refundable Reservation Deposit of $300, and we will schedule an appointment for us to meet halfway or for you to pick up the puppy at our home (the reservation deposit is 100% Refundable if you decide is not to take the pup(s))
Air Travel
Airport Selection: Shipping is done Domestically and we’ll find and choose the most convenient airport that provides a Pet program and an incoming flight schedule that is best for the dog at any given time.
Coordination: We communicate and coordinate with you to ensure your puppy is well-prepared for its travel day. We work with you to coordinate schedules, and you will be provided with a full flight itinerary.
Puppy Pickup: You have the option to pick up your puppy from the nearest airport to your location or let one of our certified nannies deliver the puppy to your doorstep. We love this because we get to spend extra time with your puppy helping them to have the best travel day possible.
Accommodations: After goodbye kisses and check-in, your puppy will travel in the comfort of a new airline-approved kennel with absorbent bedding, food, and water.
Joyful Reunion: We stay in touch with you to let you know your puppy is safe on its way and will wait to hear the good news of your new puppy arriving safely in your arms!
Rates: Air travel rates depending on the airline. Prices may vary depending on size, temperatures, and destination to cover.

If you decide to have a Puppy shipped to you, we will need the following information:
1. Your full name, that you have I.D. for, you will need to show this at the airport cargo desk when you pick up your Puppy.
2. The full name of someone else who also has I.D., as a “back up’ person for pickup so they can pick up your puppy, if in case of an emergency you are unable.
3. Your physical address, it cannot be a post office box
4. Phone numbers that you can easily be reached at, preferably at least two numbers.
5. The name of the COUNTY that you live in
6. The name of the airport that you prefer your Puppy to arrive at, and the name of an optional airport
7. What Puppy you are interested in.
How to Track your puppy’s Flight
You will find your puppy’s flight information in an email or text messages from us with the subject “puppy’s Flight Info”. Below you will find links to track your puppy’s flight and to look up your shipping process, duration and cargo facility. Make sure you track your puppy’s flight prior to you going to the airport in case of a delay/change. Typically, your puppy will be ready for pickup about 30–45 minutes after their arrival time.
Home Delivery
Shipping nowadays has been made super simple. With so many pet delivery services and airlines available to help in the delivery of your puppy for pick up either at the airport cargo section or pet delivery service brings your puppy at your home address.
If your puppy is shipped, you will be provided a Tracking Number so you know exactly when to expect your puppy to arrive either at the pick up airport (Cargo Section) or to wait for the puppy to be delivered right at your home address.
We, on our part, ensure that we better serve you by making sure that your puppy is shipped with high standards couriers and making use of these services to ensure that your puppy is safely delivered to your location (Address). Your puppy will arrive with the Travel Crate, shot records, 1 years health guarantee, some toys and food. Your puppy would be shipped with an approved courier with cold water, bedding and some food.
Shipping is done within 12 hours. So therefore, your puppy will be with you on the same day which is safe and less stressful for your puppy. If the puppy does travel in the cargo area, however, it is pressurized and at the same temperature and has the same air filtered in as the passengers breathe. Having shipped puppies for over 7 years, we have never had a negative incident.
Since shipping takes just a few hours, your puppy won’t take long to be with you. The puppies arrive healthy, super active and excited to meet their new owners. If you choose the option of picking up your puppy at the airport, then you have to go to the assigned designated arrival airport, with your ID and your Tracking number. So you could sign and clear the receiving papers for the puppy, and you can take your puppy home.
If you choose the option for home delivery, you will have to keep track of your puppy and be at home at the provided estimated time of arrival at your home address. So you can sign delivery papers of your puppy as you take your puppy indoors to your family.
Safe and Comfortable Shipping process
Puppies aren’t vases or art supplies, so when you hear that he or she can be shipped to you, your first reaction is probably shock. Before you panic, get that picture of cardboard boxes and foam peanuts out of your mind! Shipping Puppies is usually quite safe, and any airlines or trucking companies that take live animals have procedures in place to be sure they arrive in good health.
Airlines will either ship Puppies in the cargo compartment which sounds a bit callous and scary, but is actually fairly safe and comfortable for the Puppies, especially if there is no need for a layover or cargo transfer or the Puppy to be stowed under the passenger’s seat in lieu of carry on luggage. This is probably the safest mode of air travel.
